Serving Okotoks
Bringing an Okotoks celebration to Calgary
From Okotoks, Highway 2 becomes Deerfoot Trail and runs the length of Calgary — about forty to forty-five minutes to a hall that seats up to 500.
Celebrating from Okotoks
Some Okotoks celebrations need a room for a few hundred — a wedding reception with both families' full lists, a company holiday party, a business gala with awards and speeches. From the south, the hall is one long, straight drive: Highway 2 north, which becomes Deerfoot Trail, all the way up to the north-east.
Deerfoot is direct but busy at weekday rush hour, so for a Friday event it is worth a later start or the Stoney Trail route up the east side of the city. Once you arrive, parking is free and everything else — food from our own kitchen, decor arranged in-house, stage and sound — is already in the room.
Getting here
From Okotoks, join Highway 2 north toward Calgary. Inside the city it becomes Deerfoot Trail; stay on it through to the north-east, then exit east toward 36 Street NE and Sunridge. At busy times, Stoney Trail around the south-east and up the east side of the city is a good alternative.
Parking is free on site. Guests coming from further south — High River or the Foothills — will be on the same road, so one set of directions covers everyone.

Raised stage, in-house sound, wireless microphones, podium and screen — ready for speeches, awards and presentations without separate AV hire.
No hunting for parking
