Cuisine
Five cuisines, one kitchen
Everything served is cooked in our own kitchen, on a menu built around your guest list — not picked from a package.
The kitchens we cook
Pick one, or pair two on the same menu for a mixed guest list.
Indian
North Indian and Punjabi cooking — tandoor breads, slow-simmered curries and the dishes a wedding guest list expects.
Indo-Canadian
The crossover menu Calgary families actually order: familiar Indian plates alongside Canadian comfort dishes.
Pakistani
Karahi, biryani, seekh and nihari, cooked with the spice level set to your brief rather than ours.
Lebanese
Mezze, charcoal grills, fresh salads and rice — light, generous and easy for a mixed guest list.
Western
Roasts, pastas, salads and plated courses for corporate dinners and guests who want something familiar.

Consultation
We start from your guest list: who's coming, what they eat, and how the evening should feel.
Tasting
You taste the dishes at your consultation and we adjust spice, balance and portions to your brief.
In writing
The menu and every dietary requirement are confirmed in writing before the day.
On the night
Cooked in our kitchen and served the way you chose — buffet lines, plated courses or live counters.
Is the food cooked on site?
Yes. Indian (North Indian and Punjabi), Indo-Canadian, Pakistani, Lebanese and Western cuisine all come from our own kitchen — see cuisine for each.
Is halal available?
Yes, on request. Tell us when you enquire and we will confirm it in writing with the rest of your menu.
Can you cook fully vegetarian, Jain or satvik menus?
Fully vegetarian menus are available across every cuisine, and Jain and satvik preparation on request.
How do you handle allergies and other dietary needs?
We prepare gluten-free, vegan and allergy-aware dishes, and every dietary requirement is confirmed in writing before the day. Tell us about serious allergies as early as you can.
How is the food served?
Buffet with multiple lines, plated dinners, live counters (chaat, dosa, grill or wok), family-style platters or themed stations — or a mix. Milder kids' and senior plates can be served separately, and late-night food is arranged in advance.
Can we taste the menu before we decide?
Yes. Tasting is part of your consultation, so dishes and spice levels can be adjusted before anything is final.
Taste it first
Every menu starts with a consultation and a tasting. Tell us your date and we'll set one up.
