Terms of use

The terms that apply when you use this website. Your event itself is covered by the contract you sign with us, not by these terms.

  • Last updated October 8, 2026

This website is run by Moonlight Banquet Hall Ltd., 2886 Sunridge Way NE #105, Calgary, Alberta T1Y 7H9. These terms explain how you may use it and what you can rely on. They are separate from the contract for your event, which sets out the terms of any booking.

Accepting these terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site — you are always welcome to call or email us instead.

Information on this website

We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but the information on it is general and given for guidance. Menus, packages, prices, capacities, decor and amenities may change, and some details depend on your date, guest count and the kind of event you are planning.

If a detail matters to your decision, please confirm it with us. What we confirm in writing for your event takes priority over anything on the website.

Availability and bookings

Nothing on this website reserves a date — and neither does an enquiry, a phone call or a tour. Any availability we show online or mention in conversation reflects that moment only, and can change until a booking is confirmed.

A booking is confirmed only by a contract signed by you and by us, together with anything else that contract requires to secure the date, such as a deposit. From then on, the contract governs your event.

Photos and illustrations

Some photos on this website are illustrative images. They give a sense of a style, a setup or a dish rather than showing exactly what you will find on the day, and decor, layouts and menus are tailored to each event. To see the hall for yourself, book a tour.

Enquiries and forms

When you send an enquiry or a tour request, please give accurate contact details so we can reply. Sending a form does not create a booking or a contract, and does not commit you or us to anything.

We handle what you send under our privacy policy. Please do not send payment card details or other sensitive information through the website forms.

Acceptable use

Please use this website for what it is for — finding out about the hall and getting in touch with us. You must not:

  • Use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights
  • Send false, misleading, abusive or spam submissions through our forms, or submit someone else’s details without their permission
  • Copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site with automated tools, other than ordinary search-engine indexing
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or our systems, or try to test, probe or break their security
  • Send viruses or other harmful code, or do anything that stops the site working properly for others

We may block access or remove submissions that break these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, design and layout of this website, and the Moonlight Banquet Hall name and logo, belong to Moonlight Banquet Hall Ltd. Other content on the site is ours or used with permission.

You may view the site, and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use — to plan an event or share with family, for example. Please do not reproduce, republish or use our content, name or logo for any other purpose without our written permission.

This site links to other websites and services, such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We provide this website as it is. We cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or damage arising from your use of the website or your reliance on information on it — a decision based on a price or detail that has since changed, for example — unless it was caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded. Our responsibilities for your event are set out in your event contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about this website will be dealt with by the courts of Alberta.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date on this page shows when they last changed. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
