How booking works
Four steps, whatever the occasion. Nothing is final until it's in writing.
Tell us your date
Send the date, the event and a rough guest count. We reply the same day — including when the date has gone.
Tour the hall
About thirty minutes, with the room lit the way it is on an event night. Bring whoever is deciding with you.
Menu and decor
We build the menu around your guest list, with a tasting, and plan the stage, tables and lighting with you.
Confirmed in writing
Your date, menu, decor and the details that matter are set out in a contract before anything is final.
