Business galas at Moonlight
A business gala has an outside audience: an industry association's annual awards, a conference that closes with dinner, a product launch for clients, a networking dinner for members. The stage and the screen carry more of the evening, and the running order has to hold.
The hall has a raised stage, podium, screen, in-house sound and wireless microphones, booked with the room and the kitchen on one contract. Cabaret seating lets guests follow a run of presentations and then eat at the same table, with no change of room between the sessions and dinner.
We are a few minutes from Calgary International Airport, which makes the hall practical for speakers and delegates flying in for the day. For an internal company celebration, see corporate galas.

Seating depends on how much of the evening is spent watching the stage. Theatre rows suit a conference session or a launch, cabaret seating suits an awards night where guests watch and eat at the same table, and round tables suit a networking dinner. We plan the layout to your numbers, up to 500, and check the sightlines to the screen with you on the tour.

A business audience usually expects a plated dinner served with some ceremony, often Western, with an Indian, Pakistani or Lebanese option alongside for a diverse room. Dietary requirements collected at registration — halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergies — can be sent to us in advance and are confirmed in writing. For a conference with dinner, we can plan food around the session breaks as well as the evening.

Can we hold a conference and a dinner in the same room?
Yes. Cabaret seating works for both, so guests can follow the sessions and stay at their tables for dinner. We plan the layout with you on the tour.

Can the room carry our branding?
The lighting can be set to your organisation's colours and the stage design is arranged in-house. Tell us what signage you plan to bring and we will confirm the arrangements at booking.
Can you work from our registration list of dietary needs?
Yes. Send it to us in advance and we will plan around each requirement, then confirm them in writing before the event.
