Serving Chestermere
Just along Highway 1: a banquet hall for Chestermere
Chestermere is one of the shortest trips to our door — west along Highway 1 into 16 Avenue NE and up 36 Street, about fifteen to twenty minutes from the lake.
Celebrating from Chestermere
For Chestermere, the hall is practically a neighbour. Highway 1 runs west from town straight into 16 Avenue NE, and from there it is a few minutes north on 36 Street to Sunridge Way.
That short distance changes what is practical. Family can go back and forth between home and the hall on the day of an engagement or a wedding, and a late finish does not mean a long drive. For larger cultural and religious celebrations, with the whole community invited, the hall holds up to 500.
Getting here
From Chestermere, take Highway 1 west — it becomes 16 Avenue NE inside Calgary — then turn north on 36 Street NE. The hall is on Sunridge Way NE, near Sunridge Mall. If 16 Avenue is busy, Stoney Trail north to McKnight Boulevard, then west, is an alternative.
Parking is free on site, and the lobby is step-free — straightforward for older relatives and anyone arriving with a stroller.

Chestermere questions
What guests and hosts travelling in usually ask. Anything else, call us — we reply the same day.
Is the hall close enough to go home between a ceremony and the reception?
For most of Chestermere, yes. The drive is about fifteen to twenty minutes each way, so a break between a ceremony at home and an evening reception at the hall is realistic.
Do you host religious celebrations as well as weddings?
Yes. We host cultural and religious celebrations — with vegetarian, Jain, satvik and halal-on-request menus from our own kitchen — as well as weddings, birthdays and anniversaries.
Can we see how the room is arranged before settling on numbers?
Yes. The hall layout page is a good place to start, and a tour takes about thirty minutes if you would like to see the room at full size.
