Serving Calgary SW
Planning a celebration from Calgary SW
From Aspen Woods or Evergreen it is one of the longer drives in the city to our door — roughly half an hour. Here is how to make it simple, and what is waiting at the end of it.
Celebrating from Calgary SW
We will not pretend the south-west is next door. Depending on where you start and the time of day, it is roughly thirty to thirty-five minutes to the hall — on Stoney Trail now that the ring road wraps the south-west, or along Glenmore Trail to Deerfoot from the inner communities.
What makes the drive worthwhile is what comes with the room: space for up to 500, a kitchen cooking Lebanese, Western, Indian, Indo-Canadian and Pakistani menus, and decor arranged by our own team. For an anniversary or a fundraiser dinner with guests coming from every part of the city, a hall close to Deerfoot and the airport is a fair meeting point.
Getting here
From Aspen Woods, Springbank Hill, West Springs and Signal Hill, head for Glenmore Trail or Stoney Trail and on to Deerfoot Trail north. From Evergreen, Bridlewood and Shawnessy, Stoney Trail east to Deerfoot is the usual way. Either way, Deerfoot does the last long stretch, and from there it is a short drive east to 36 Street NE.
Free parking is on site, at the door, with step-free access through to the lobby.

Why Calgary SW hosts choose the hall
A meeting point for the whole city
Deerfoot Trail and Stoney Trail both run close by, so guests from every quadrant — and anyone landing at YYC — can reach the hall without crossing downtown.
A menu for a varied guest list
Lebanese and Western cooking sit beside Indian, Indo-Canadian and Pakistani menus from the same kitchen, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-aware dishes on request.
One trip to decide
A tour takes about thirty minutes, so a single drive across town tells you whether the hall is right before anyone else has to make the trip.

Calgary SW questions
What guests and hosts travelling in usually ask. Anything else, call us — we reply the same day.
Is there a route that avoids downtown?
Yes. Glenmore Trail to Deerfoot Trail, or Stoney Trail along the south of the city, both keep you clear of the core. Deerfoot is the busier option at rush hour, so allow extra time on weekday evenings.
Can we tour the hall before bringing the family?
Yes. Tours take about thirty minutes, and it often makes sense to come once on your own before bringing parents or a committee. Book a tour and we will reply the same day.
Tell us your date
We reply to every enquiry the same day — including the ones where the honest answer is that the date has gone.
