Serving Airdrie
A banquet hall for Airdrie families, straight down the QEII
From Airdrie, Moonlight is closer in driving time than parts of Calgary itself — south on Highway 2, past the airport, and you are at the hall in around twenty to twenty-five minutes.
Celebrating from Airdrie
A Calgary hall can sound like a long way from Airdrie. From the north side of the city, it is not. Highway 2 becomes Deerfoot Trail as you enter Calgary, runs down past the airport, and leaves you a few minutes from Sunridge Way NE.
That makes the hall practical for the occasions that come round more than once — birthdays, baby showers, engagements — as well as the wedding itself. Up to 500 guests, a kitchen cooking five cuisines and decor arranged in-house, so the planning stays in one place even when the family is spread between Airdrie and Calgary.
Getting here
Head south on Highway 2 (the QEII), which becomes Deerfoot Trail as you enter Calgary. Stay on Deerfoot past the airport, then exit east toward 36 Street NE and Sunridge. If Deerfoot is slow, Stoney Trail east and then south down the east side of the city is a reliable alternative.
Parking is free on site. For evening events, the drive home is the same road north — easy to explain to guests who do not know the city.

Why Airdrie hosts choose the hall
Mostly highway, both ways
Highway 2 and Deerfoot Trail do nearly all of the driving, so Airdrie guests spend the trip on the highway rather than at traffic lights.
Family on both sides of the city line
When relatives are split between Airdrie and north-east Calgary, a hall in Sunridge keeps the drive short for both sides.
Room as the guest list grows
Up to 500 guests in one hall, with the stage, lighting and table styling arranged by us — so a larger guest list does not mean a larger list of suppliers.
