Serving Calgary SE
A hall with room for Calgary SE guest lists
From Mahogany, Auburn Bay or Seton, Stoney Trail carries you up the east side of the city and most of the way here — about twenty-five minutes to one hall with its own kitchen and decor arranged in-house.
Celebrating from Calgary SE
From the far south-east, the drive is mostly ring road. Stoney Trail runs up the east side of the city from Seton and Cranston toward 16 Avenue NE, and Deerfoot Trail is the alternative when it is moving. Communities nearer the middle of the east side, like Forest Lawn, are closer still.
The hall holds up to 500, which is the number that matters for a full wedding reception or a company-wide holiday party. Food comes from our own kitchen in five cuisines, and the stage, lighting and table styling are arranged in-house — one conversation instead of several.
Getting here
From Mahogany, Auburn Bay, Cranston, Seton, Copperfield and New Brighton, take Stoney Trail north up the east side of the city, then come west along 16 Avenue NE (Highway 1) or McKnight Boulevard to 36 Street NE. From Riverbend, Lake Bonavista and the communities near Deerfoot, Deerfoot Trail north is usually the shorter route.
Parking is free on site and the lobby is step-free. For winter evenings, allow a few extra minutes on Deerfoot, which slows quickly when the weather turns.

Why Calgary SE hosts choose the hall
The ring road does most of the work
Stoney Trail runs up the east side of the city, so the drive from the newer south-east communities stays on freeway for most of the way — with Deerfoot as a second option.
Big enough for the full list
Up to 500 guests in one hall, so you are not choosing between family and colleagues, or splitting a reception across two rooms.
Ready for a December night
Parking is free on site and the room is climate controlled — the two things guests notice first on a cold night out at the end of the year.

Calgary SE questions
What guests and hosts travelling in usually ask. Anything else, call us — we reply the same day.
Which is quicker from Auburn Bay — Stoney Trail or Deerfoot?
Usually Stoney Trail, which keeps you on the ring road up the east side of the city. Deerfoot can be quicker late in the evening, but it is the route most affected by rush hour and winter weather.
Can you host our company holiday party?
Yes. We host holiday parties, corporate galas and fundraiser dinners as well as family events, with a raised stage, wireless microphones, a podium and a screen for speeches and awards.
Tell us your date
We reply to every enquiry the same day — including the ones where the honest answer is that the date has gone.
