GENERAL TERMS
- All bookings, services, and agreements with Moonlight Banquet Hall are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- The hall reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest version before confirming any booking.
BOOKING & RESERVATION POLICY
- A date is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
- All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Remaining payments must be made according to the schedule provided at the time of booking.
- If payment deadlines are missed, Moonlight Banquet Hall reserves the right to cancel the booking.
CANCELLATION & DATE CHANGES
- Cancellations made by the client will result in loss of deposit.
- Date changes are subject to availability and may include additional charges.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event require full payment of the booked amount.
- In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (weather, restrictions, operational issues), Moonlight Banquet Hall may offer rescheduling at no extra cost.
EVENT HOURS
- Standard event duration is included within the selected package.
- Extra hours are subject to additional charges.
- All events must end by the time mentioned in the agreement to avoid overtime fees.
DECORATION POLICY
- All décor must be approved by Moonlight Banquet Hall prior to the event.
- Open flames, fireworks, sparklers, or any items that may cause fire hazards are not permitted unless approved.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused by external decor vendors.
- No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives may be used on walls or property without permission.
CATERING & FOOD POLICY
- Moonlight Banquet Hall provides full in-house catering services.
- Outside catering is only permitted with prior approval and may include a service fee.
- Clients must inform us in advance about any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Moonlight Banquet Hall is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.
ALCOHOL POLICY
- Alcohol may only be served when all legal requirements are met, including necessary permits.
- Moonlight Banquet Hall reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
- The client is responsible for guest behaviour and safety when alcohol is served.
DAMAGE & LIABILITY
- The client is responsible for any damage to the hall, furniture, decor, equipment, or property caused by guests, vendors, or children.
- A damage fee may be charged if necessary.
- Moonlight Banquet Hall is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items.
MUSIC, SOUND & NOISE
- Music and sound systems must follow local noise regulations.
- Only approved DJs, sound teams, or equipment may be used.
- Sound checks must be completed during permitted times.
SAFETY & CONDUCT
- Clients and guests must follow all safety rules and staff instructions.
- Any aggressive, harmful, or unsafe behaviour may result in the event being stopped.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY
- Clients may arrange their own photography/videography teams.
- Moonlight Banquet Hall may capture images or videos of the event setup for promotional use.
- If the client does not wish to be photographed, written notice must be provided in advance.
VENDORS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- All external vendors (decorators, DJs, photographers, caterers) must be approved prior to the event.
- Vendors must follow hall guidelines for setup, safety, and timing.
- Moonlight Banquet Hall is not responsible for vendor performance, delays, or issues.
PARKING
- Free on-site parking is available for guests.
- Moonlight Banquet Hall is not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, or accidents.
FORCE MAJEURE
Moonlight Banquet Hall is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Power outages
- Pandemics
- Weather emergencies
In such cases, rescheduling will be offered.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking an event or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
